It is that time of year in Salt Lake City when you can feel that spring is here, but there are still those days when it is rainy and far too cold. Frankly, I am over any kind of cold weather so I decided to put on my brightest clothing and pretend I am somewhere warm. For today I am pretending I am on vacation.
