Friday Five- An Oregon Coast Escape

I grew up in Portland, Oregon and I certainly do not miss the months of rain you experience living there. But I do miss having the coast so close. The Oregon coast is absolutely gorgeous. During the late Spring and Summer months the temperature hovers in the 60’s and 70’s. Perfect temperature for throwing on a sweater and some summer white jeans. I saw this picture of the Oregon Coast and I had to create an edit of pieces that I would love to wearing while strolling the beach.

Friday Five- An Oregon Coast Escape

The striped sweater is from Maria McManus and it has been on my wish list for quite some time. Maria McManus creates her pieces from recycled cashmere and organic cotton. All her pieces are extremely high quality and items you will wear forever.

This hat from Janessa Leone is the perfect color of beige. I also love the fact it is made from linen. Having a linen hat is perfect for the summer months.

I recently learned of the brand Made in Tomboy and I adore every piece produced by this Italian brand. Each piece is created in Ancona, Italy where the brand is headquartered. What I truly love about this pair of denim are the front pleats. It elevates the pants and allows you dress them up and down.

Rue De Verneuil bags are created by hand in Paris, France at the brands atelier. I love the simplicity of this bag, but the addition of the leather keeps it from being a basic beach bag. The design is a throwback to 1950’s tote bags which is a testament to how timeless this style truly is.

These pearl earring from Khiry are classic, but also very unique because of the design. They were designed exclusively for Shop McMullen for the Pearl Capsule Collection. The earrings are made from 18k gold vermeil accented with fresh water pearls.

I would absolutely love to wear this ensemble while collecting sand dollars and ending the day with some fresh Pacific Northwest seafood. What a dream!!
